GUIDELINES AND GENERAL RULES OF USE

This site has been developed to assist Inspectors and NDE personnel gain information vital to their career interests. Use this site as you see fit and follow the guidelines listed herein. Be respectful, professional and take advantage of the tools we offer! Unacceptable usage will result in legal action under The State of Texas and United States Law.

Unacceptable uses of the network include, but are not limited to:

1. Suspected violation of InspectionJobs.com's General Policies and Guidelines.
2. Suspected violation of local, state, and/or federal laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the State and Federal Computer Crime Laws. Violation of these laws may also lead to prosecution.
3. Using profane, obscene, abusive, harassing or other offensive language in publicly accessible areas of InspectionJob.com.
4. Posting personal communications of another individual without the author's prior consent.
5. Copyrighted material, text, data, graphics, or commercial software may not be placed in publicly accessible areas of InspectionJobs.com without the expressed permission of the rightful owner or persons. 6. The planning or implementation of any illegal activity.
7. Forging of email or BBS messages.
8. Engaging in activity that is believed to seriously degrade system performance either on the InspectionJobs.com system. This includes, but is not limited to, email chain letters, "mole" programs, generating sufficient WWW traffic as to adversely affect system performance, or any other activity that interferes with the ability of users to make use of the network.
9. Posting off topic messages to the BBS's. Messages, off topic or otherwise, are subject to removal by the management.
10. Any type of unsolicited emails (spamming of the InspectionJobs.com user group) is specifically prohibited.
11. Mining of the InspectionJobs.com user base for profit or gain without permission of the management of this site.
12. Posting of advertisements within the InspectionJobs.com website to other job placement websites without the prior permission of the management.
13. The defamation of Utilities, Plants, Contract Shops, or contractors.
14. Suspected violation, or suspected attempted violation, of account, system, and/or network security, whether directed at the InspectionJobs.com's system or another remote system.
15. Failure to comply with InspectionJobs.com's request to cease illegal, damaging or activity.
16. The use of InspectionJobs.com's Resume Database for purposes other than recruiting personnel. The information contained in the database is not to be resold or access granted to any persons or companies other than that which has specifically signed-up for the service.
