UT level II “Shearwave” & Level II MT technician with a minimum of 2 years documented experience scanning structural steel PJP & CJP welded connections in the field.
Candidate must pass PSI’s UT level II and MT level II general, specific and practical tests to AWS and ASME criteria.
Practical test includes performing the internal calibration of the equipment per AWS D1.1.
Candidate must also be able to pass AWS D1.8 supplemental UT technician tests.
Only candidates that are able to qualify as described above should apply.
