Our client, a nationally recognized leader in the NDT industry, is seeking to hire a Senior Technology Leader.
As a Senior Technology Leader you will generate revenue and increase market share through advanced NDT technologies to new and current customers and a variety of industries.
Will work effectively between operations and its' technologist in the field and existing client's managers at all levels to evaluate current services and provide integrated solutions.
Will maintain and develop new business relationships with clients and vendors, as well as, develop and implement effective business plans.
Must have strong technical knowledge in any of the following: Ultrasonics (Shearwave, Phased Array), Radiography (Computer Tomography and Digital), Acoustic Emission, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Eddy Current.
Industry experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Pipeline, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, and Automotive industries.
Must be willing to travel extensively to customer and company locations throughout North America.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering or other technical field preferred, but not necessary.
10 to 15 years of technical NDT experience
Level III certifications in one or more methods of NDT
Team oriented and comfort working in a matrixed organization
Self motivated, entrepreneurial mind set
Process strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
Strong customer service and relationship building experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
