Territory Sales Executive – Baton Rouge Location

Job Overview:

Pine Environmental is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Executive to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and profitability in the Baton Rouge area. This role is key to crafting and implementing sales strategies, broadening our customer base, and reinforcing Pine’s value proposition in fields such as environmental monitoring and non-destructive testing/remote visual inspection.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Achieve sales and rental targets for equipment and accessories within the Baton Rouge territory, adhering to budgetary goals.
– Engage existing and prospective customers in Baton Rouge through educational trainings, lunch-and-learns, and hands-on product demonstrations to boost equipment sales and rentals.
– Handle sales-related administrative duties, ensuring customer profiles are accurately maintained using CRM tools.
– Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes to secure precise sales forecasting and effective pipeline management.
– Provide existing customers with continuous technical support, up-to-date product knowledge, and timely pricing information.
– Perform additional duties as required to meet the sales objectives of the territory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Core Competencies:

– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals in a designated territory.
– Expertise in creating and executing detailed sales plans to both enhance relationships with current customers and to acquire new clients.
– Manage a dynamic pipeline of sales opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
– Work closely with Marketing to devise and execute promotional activities specific to the Baton Rouge market.
– Actively participate in local industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Pine Environmental and expand professional networks.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree or substantial experience in NDT, Environmental Consulting, Engineering & Construction, Industrial Health & Safety, or comparable sectors.

Working Environment:

– Office-based role with extensive local travel required for client interactions and field activities. Physical demands include standing, walking, and occasionally bending during visits and demonstrations.
