Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving puzzles, and creating professional reports that make a real impact? Join ABC Wildlife and Landmark Pest Management, an award-winning firm dedicated to protecting homes, schools, and businesses from wildlife intrusion. This is more than a job—it’s a career with a company that values dignity, respect, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do
As a Structural Inspection Specialist, you’ll be the detective who uncovers how animals are entering buildings. Your work will guide our repair teams in sealing structures and restoring safety.

  • Dress for the weather and bring essential tools (flashlight, PPE)
  • Review trend reports and client notes before each inspection
  • Call clients in advance to confirm scheduling and gather insights
  • Create a diagram of the structure Identify gaps, holes, and vulnerabilities in masonry, vents, doors, and trim
  • Take detailed photos (close and wide) and upload them with notes
  • Organize photos into labeled folders (Masonry, Vents, Doors, Other) Write clear, concise captions and itemize conditions for pricing
