Investigate, Document, and Help Protect Buildings from Wildlife Intrusion
Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving puzzles, and creating professional reports that make a real impact? We combine science, craftsmanship, and integrity to keep structures safe from mice, rats, squirrels, raccoons, and bats.
This is more than a job—it’s a career with a company that values dignity, respect, and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Structural Inspection Specialist, you’ll be the detective who uncovers how animals are entering buildings. Your work will guide our repair teams in sealing structures and restoring safety.
- Dress for the weather and bring essential tools (flashlight, PPE)
- Review trend reports and client notes before each inspection
- Call clients in advance to confirm scheduling and gather insights
- Create a diagram of the structure Identify gaps, holes, and vulnerabilities in masonry, vents, doors, and trim
- Take detailed photos (close and wide) and upload them with notes
- Organize photos into labeled folders (Masonry, Vents, Doors, Other) Write clear, concise captions and itemize conditions for pricing
- Ensure reports are professional, accurate, and presentation-ready
Your reports become the blueprint for sealing animals out and protecting the integrity of schools, homes, and businesses.
