Territory Sales Executive – Deer Park Location

Job Overview:

Pine Environmental is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to lead our revenue growth and profitability initiatives in Deer Park. This role focuses on building and executing sales plans, enhancing our customer network, and promoting Pine’s value proposition in non-destructive testing/remote visual inspection.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Drive sales and rentals of equipment and accessories, meeting budget targets for the Deer Park territory.
– Visit existing and potential customers within Deer Park to promote equipment rentals and sales through trainings, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations.
– Manage sales-related administrative tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer profiles using CRM tools.
– Keep detailed records of contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, and quotes to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
– Engage with existing customers to provide ongoing technical support, product information, and pricing updates.
– Undertake additional tasks as needed to support territory objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Core Competencies:

– Demonstrated ability to meet quarterly and annual growth objectives within the assigned territory.
– Develop and implement effective sales plans to deepen existing customer relationships and penetrate new customer segments.
– Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities for consistent revenue growth month-over-month.
– Coordinate with the Marketing department to tailor promotional programs for the Deer Park area.
– Represent Pine Environmental at local industry association conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network expansion.

Education and Experience:

– Experience in NDT/RVI, Engineering & Construction, or related fields.

Working Environment:

– This role is based in an office setting but requires frequent local travel for customer engagement and sales activities. The position involves physical activities such as standing, walking, and occasional bending.
