Our services include developing, implementing, and managing mechanical integrity programs. Our experienced personnel conduct integrity inspections and evaluations on pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems according to API, state, and client specific specifications. We also offer NDE services such as Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Eddy Current and Ultrasonic testing, along with specialized NDT.

Role Description

Want to work with an amazing and professional team? Want to be involved in an integrity program from the ground up? We are looking for a API with the experience to be able to assist in implementing an encompassing program, to be able to manage that program long term and to be able to work with a team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Inspector located in Louisville, KY. The Resident Inspector will be responsible for conducting mechanical integrity inspections, reviewing and evaluating pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with API, state, and client-specific specifications and procedures. Additional tasks include performing various NDE tests such as Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic testing, as well as specialized NDT inspections.

Qualifications

API-570 + 653 and/or 510
Proficiency in Mechanical Integrity inspections and evaluations
Experience with NDE techniques including Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasonic thickness testing
Familiarity with API specifications and state-specific regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
