Job Summary

Radcliffe Companies Inc. is seeking a motivated Level II NDT Inspector to support inspections on structural steel, cranes, lifting equipment, and industrial components at ports and active job sites throughout Southern California.

This is a field-based position offering hands-on experience in the marine, port, and industrial industries. We are looking for dependable individuals who are safety-minded, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their experience in the NDT field.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment
Perform inspections using UT, MT, and PT methods
Interpret inspection results in accordance with applicable codes and procedures
Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports
Maintain inspection equipment and ensure readiness for field work
Follow company safety procedures and client requirements
Communicate professionally with team members and clients on-site
Work independently and as part of a team in field environments

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Level II certification in MT, PT, UT, or related NDT methods (ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent)
1+ years of hands-on NDT experience preferred
Experience with UT thickness or shear wave is a plus
Ability to read and understand inspection procedures and codes
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Good vision (corrected or uncorrected)

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
TWIC card preferred or ability to obtain one
Valid U.S. passport preferred
Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments
Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing job site conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
Overtime opportunities available
