Job Summary

Radcliffe Companies Inc. is hiring a Level II NDT Inspector with proven hands-on experience in UT, MT, and PT. This is a field-based position supporting inspections on structural steel and industrial equipment at ports and active job sites.

This role is best suited for individuals who can work independently, produce accurate reports, and handle real-world field conditions without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment without supervision
Perform inspections using UT, MT, and PT methods in field conditions
Accurately interpret results and make sound judgment calls based on applicable codes and standards
Produce clear, complete, and timely reports—no shortcuts
Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for field use
Follow all safety, client, and company requirements at all times
Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

High school diploma or equivalent
Level II NDT certification (ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of real, hands-on NDT field experience (required – not classroom only)
Working experience with UT (strongly preferred)
Ability to read and understand codes, procedures, and inspection criteria
Strong attention to detail—especially in reporting
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Good vision (corrected or uncorrected)

Valid U.S. passport (required)
Valid driver’s license
TWIC card (required)
Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments
Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing job site conditions
Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
Must be reliable, punctual, and accountable

Schedule

Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts (overtime as required)
Work hours may vary depending on project needs
