Sentinel Integrity Solutions Inc. is seeking multiple Nondestructive Testing (NDE) Assistants to join our nested team at a client facility in Ferndale, WA. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in a highly technical and essential industry.

As an NDE Assistant, you will support certified technicians in evaluating the structural integrity of equipment and materials without causing damage.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: 4/10 schedule (Four 10-hour days per week).
• Overtime: Frequent opportunities for overtime.
• Benefits: Full-time benefited position (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.).
• Travel: No per diem or relocation package. Applicants must be local or willing to commute daily to Ferndale.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Previous NDE experience or classroom training is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
• Credentials: Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Compliance: Must be able to meet DISA drug and alcohol requirements and obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: Dependable work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with team members and client personnel.
