Qualifications:

Valid home inspector license for the state of Nevada.
Membership with InterNACHI is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency with inspection software. Knowledge in HomeGauge is not required but preferred.
