NDT Technician
Nondestructive Testing Technician (Seattle, Washington) Expenses and Travel Paid!
Element has an opportunity for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician (3+ months, $50/hr, bonus potential, expenses paid).
You will be responsible for assisting NDT processes in accordance with company approved procedures while paying close attention to safety and project timelines. Responsibilities
Assist NDT tests and processing in accordance with written company procedures. A high proportion of manual handling of components is required
Help prepare components for test, unpack, pre clean, setup, and adjust test equipment Post test cleaning, treatment and re packing of parts
Assist in the maintenance of related test equipment and tools in good working condition
Completion of assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Possess great organizational skills
Have a great teamwork philosophy
Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
Skills / Qualifications
Good general education including English and Math
Level 1+ Certification
IRRSP a plus
Passion for developing a career in Engineering is essential
An awareness of and passion for health and safety
